Respire Architecture™ was founded with this mission at its forefront: to create house plans that make home ownership a possibility for everyone. Whether that be a home with a small footprint, a home with ADA accessibility, or a home that provides spaces for multiple generations. Utilizing universal design for a holistic approach to layout and detail, our goal is to provide you with a home that meets the needs that are specific to you and your family. If one of our predesigned floor plans doesn’t encompass each of your desires, we are happy to assist you by modifying a plan or designing something entirely custom and unique just for you.

Based in Columbus, Georgia, Respire Architecture™ is owned and operated by primary designer, Cade War. Cade was formally educated in Interior Design at the University of Tennessee and the University of Georgia, where he realized a lifelong aspiration of architectural design to help clients and customers create their dream home. After college, he joined the United States Army to walk in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps of serving his country. After his time of service, he returned to designing homes and commercial spaces including gyms, offices, and hospitals, where he now specializes in universal design.
